Recovib TINY
Vibration Recorder

The smallest vibration recorder on the market.

OVERVIEW

Wireless vibration sensor : Tiny Vibration Recorder

The TINY is a 3 axis shock & vibration recorder.
It is extremely practical for a vibration diagnosis, offering at least 6 hours of measurement of the full bandwidth signal.
Once easy configured through its USB port, with the free software Recovib.Suite or with its free dedicated APP, it can quickly wireless be installed.
Its way of working provides substantial time savings in the performance of your measurements.
It is the only type of vibration and shock recorder that allows several sensors to be used simultaneously in a synchronized (1ms) manner enabling the performance of modal analyses and operational deflection shape analyses on large structures such as bridges or walkways.
The RECOVIB Tiny is the smallest (39,6 x 33,4 x 14 mm) and most robust recorder on the market which is able to perform recordings in extreme conditions.
The Recovib.Suite software allows a lot of possibilities managing the recorded values with possible filtering and units (acceleration, displacement, velocity) through several graphs displays.

Industries and Applications

Construction Sites

Used on construction sites to monitor ground and structural vibrations caused by activities like excavation, piling, and demolition. It provides real-time data and alerts to ensure vibration levels stay within safe limits, helping protect nearby buildings, comply with regulations, and prevent damage or disputes.

Museums and Laboratories

Used in museums and laboratories to monitor and control vibrations that could affect sensitive equipment, artifacts, or experiments. It ensures that vibration levels remain within safe limits, helping to protect delicate objects, maintain measurement accuracy, and provide continuous monitoring with alerts if disturbances occur.

Wind Power

Used in wind power applications to monitor vibrations in wind turbines and their surroundings. It helps detect abnormal vibration patterns, assess structural health, and ensure safe operation by providing real-time data and alerts, enabling early maintenance and preventing potential failures.

Aerospace & Defense

Used in aerospace and defence to monitor vibrations affecting sensitive equipment, structures, and testing environments. It helps ensure stability, detect abnormal vibration levels, and protect high-precision systems by providing real-time data and alerts for improved safety, performance, and reliability.

Transportation

Used in transportation to monitor vibrations caused by road, rail, and infrastructure operations. It helps assess the impact of traffic and construction on bridges, tracks, and surrounding structures, ensuring safety, early detection of issues, and compliance with vibration standards.

Maritime

Used in maritime applications to monitor vibrations on ships, offshore platforms, and port infrastructure. It helps ensure structural integrity, protect sensitive equipment, and detect abnormal vibration levels, supporting safe operations and preventive maintenance in harsh marine environments.
